Some Mondays start off rough. If we're being honest with each other here, this morning hit me like a ton of bricks. Getting out of bed for our 6am workout seemed impossible and it kind of didn't happen. And If we're being 100% honest here, the other healthy habits we have been working so diligently to create (not eating sugar and not eating after dinner) kind of got tossed to the way side for the last week and a half. It was basically as soon as I pressed "publish" on the post where I talked about these things that we kind of jumped ship. Go figure.
This morning I am trying not to mentally let it weigh me down. Healthy habits are so, so important after all. It would be so easy to get sucked into the I can't mindset and then immediately reach for a cupcake.
Thankfully, Mondays are clean slates. I am so taking advantage of that today! I am going to start fresh today, even if it means our "morning workout" happens over lunch instead. Because dwelling gets me nowhere and I need to keep moving forward. Let's Monday together friends.
